Your data stays yours

1. You own your data

Invoices, quotations, customers, products, stock, and reports you enter in MyInvoice.LK belong to your business. Real Business Solutions provides the software. We are not the owner of your records and we do not use them for our own marketing.

2. Other businesses cannot see you

Each company has its own isolated workspace. Shop A cannot open Shop B’s invoices, customer list, or stock. Login always loads only the company that belongs to that account.

3. Your connection is encrypted

When you sign in and use the app, traffic is sent over HTTPS (the same lock you see in the browser). That protects your session from being read on public Wi‑Fi or by someone on the same network.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your customer list, invoices, or sales figures to advertisers or other businesses. We only use your information to run MyInvoice.LK for you — billing, support, backups, and product improvements that do not expose your private records.

5. Our staff do not browse your accounts

Support does not open your invoices or customer list for curiosity. We look only when you ask for help (phone, WhatsApp, or a support request), and only for as long as needed to fix the issue. Production access is limited to people who need it to keep the system running.

6. Logins, passwords, and staff roles

• Passwords are stored as a one-way hash — we cannot read the original password.
• The owner can give employees their own logins with limited menus (for example, cashier vs owner).
• You decide who in your team can see cost, reports, or settings.
• Use a strong password and do not share the owner login with every staff member.

7. Export anytime, delete on request

You can print and download invoices, quotations, and reports from the app whenever you want. If you cancel, ask us to close the account. After confirmation we stop access and delete the company’s application data from the live system, keeping only what the law or payment records require (for example subscription billing).

8. Backups are for recovery only

We keep backups so a server failure does not wipe your work. Backups are not a second copy for marketing or for sharing with anyone else. If you request deletion, we remove the live data and then clear it from routine backups on the next backup cycle.

9. Need data on your own server?

Most businesses are comfortable on our cloud because each company is isolated and we do not sell data. If your policy requires the database to stay in your office or your hosting account, talk to us. We can discuss a private setup while you still pay for the software licence.

10. Common questions

Can another shop on MyInvoice.LK see my customers?

No. Each company only sees its own workspace.

Do you look at my daily sales?

No. We only open an account if you request support.

Will you give my list to a third party?

No. We do not sell or share your customer or invoice data for advertising. Hosting and email/SMS (if you use those features) exist only to run the service.

What if I stop using the software?

Export what you need first, then ask us to delete the account.
